A AI assessments for service businesses
Every business owner hears it: AI will save you time and money. Nobody says which tool, for which job, in your business, or whether it pays for itself. That’s what I do. For a flat fee, I learn how your business runs, then hand you a written plan: what to automate, what it costs, what it saves, and what to skip.
B What AI is for
You’ve heard AI will change everything. You’ve probably seen ads for ten tools this week. What nobody tells you is which one fits your business, what it costs, and whether it pays for itself. Finding that out is the whole job of the assessment.
Scheduling, reminders, data entry, the same email typed for the hundredth time. The busywork that eats your evenings is usually the first thing to go.
Faster replies, quotes that get followed up, past customers who hear from you again. Most of it is work you’ve already earned and never collected.
Fewer admin hours, fewer no-shows, and cheaper tools in place of expensive ones. Sometimes the win is canceling software you don’t need.
Double bookings, lost paperwork, the invoice nobody sent. Software is boring and consistent. That’s the point.

The plan looks at all of them: scheduling, quotes, follow-ups, invoicing, and the paperwork that keeps you at the desk after the work is done.
D The assessment
Nobody good quotes a job they haven’t looked at. This works the same way. First, a 45-minute call where we go through how your calls, inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups actually run. Then a written plan: what’s worth automating, what it costs, what it returns, what to skip. Then a second call where I walk you through it for as long as you need, until every page makes sense.
Sometimes the plan says I should build you something. Sometimes it says buy a $49-a-month tool, and it names the tool, with the price, next to my quote, so you can check the honesty yourself. Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet.” Either way, the plan and both calls are yours.
E Who you’ll talk to
First Factor is new. I don’t have a wall of logos, and I won’t invent one. What you get instead: if the plan doesn’t find you at least $5,000 a year, the $497 comes back. As real results come in, they’ll be published here with real numbers.
I’m Natanel Factor. First Factor LLC is registered in Florida; I work with small US service businesses remotely. Every call, every plan, every build: that’s me, not a sales team.
