A The complaint · HVAC
On a hot day the phone rings hardest exactly when every tech is on a job. The calls that roll to voicemail are no-cools and replacement quotes. And they call the next shop. For a flat fee, I’ll find where AI can catch those calls in your business, and tell you if it can’t. You get two personal calls and a written plan.
Every assessment done personally by Natanel Factor · Flat fee, per project · You keep the plan and every password, even if you never hire me again.

B Your numbers
My shop gets calls a week. About % go unanswered. An average service call is worth $. Of the people I miss, maybe % would have booked.
50 calls × 52 weeks × 27% missed × 40% would book × $375
Your guesses, your math. The assessment is $1,000. And if the plan doesn't find at least $5,000 a year, you get it back.

The replacement quote is the call you can least afford to miss. And it usually comes in while you’re up in someone else’s attic.
D The work order
You charge a diagnostic fee before you replace a compressor, because guessing is expensive. This works the same way, except you get more than a diagnosis. First, a 45-minute call where we go through how your calls, dispatch, quotes, follow-ups, and memberships actually run. Then a written plan: what's worth automating, what it costs, what it returns, what to skip. Then a second call where I walk you through it for as long as you need, until every page makes sense.
Sometimes the plan says I should build you something. Sometimes it says buy a $49-a-month tool, and it names the tool, with the price, next to my quote, so you can check the honesty yourself. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet." Either way, the plan and both calls are yours.
E Scope: straight answers
I taught a free class on what these tools actually do. I'll send you the version with HVAC examples. Get the lesson →
F Who’s on the job
First Factor is new. I don't have a wall of logos, and I won't invent one. You've seen the AI agency sites with the too-perfect reviews. What you get instead: if the plan doesn't find you at least $5,000 a year, the $1,000 comes back. As real results come in, they'll be published here with real numbers.
I'm Natanel Factor. First Factor LLC is registered in Florida; I work with US HVAC companies remotely. Every call, every plan, every build: that's me, not a sales team.
