A The complaint · Wedding venues

You can’t answer the phone while you’re cueing the processional.

The inquiries come in on Saturday at 5pm and Monday at 10pm, exactly when you’re running someone else’s wedding or finally asleep. Each one is a five-figure date, and the couple is asking five other venues the same question. For a flat fee, I’ll find where AI can catch those inquiries in your business, and tell you if it can’t. You get two personal calls and a written plan.

Every assessment done personally by Natanel Factor · Flat fee, per project · You keep the plan and every password, even if you never hire me again.

B Your numbers

Fill in the blanks. See what slow replies are costing you.

My venue gets inquiries a week. About % wait more than a day for a reply. An average booking is worth $. Of the people I miss, maybe % would have booked.

Walking out the door, per year
$212,160

8 inquiries × 52 weeks × 25% missed × 17% would book × $12,000

Your guesses, your math. The assessment is $1,000. And if the plan doesn't find at least $5,000 a year, you get it back.

C The numbers

What a slow reply costs a venue

  1. R-01 $12,900

is what the average couple spent on their venue in 2025.

  2. R-02 6

venues is how many couples now contact before choosing one, up from 3.

  3. R-03 ~80%

of couples start researching venues within 2 months of getting engaged, so your inquiries arrive in waves.

A couple asking six venues doesn’t wait for the slowest one. The date goes to whoever answers while they’re still excited.

D The assessment

A walkthrough first. A contract second.

You’d never let a couple sign before they walk the property. This works the same way. You see the whole plan before you spend a dollar on any tool. First, a 45-minute call where we go through how your inquiries, tours, proposals, holds, and follow-ups actually run. Then a written plan: what's worth automating, what it costs, what it returns, what to skip. Then a second call where I walk you through it for as long as you need, until every page makes sense.

Sometimes the plan says I should build you something. Sometimes it says buy a $49-a-month tool, and it names the tool, with the price, next to my quote, so you can check the honesty yourself. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet." Either way, the plan and both calls are yours.

E Scope: straight answers

What AI can do for a venue. And what it can't.

Can do

  • Text back a missed call in a minute: “Which date are you looking at?”
  • Answer the usual questions at 10pm: open dates, capacity, starting price.
  • Let couples book their own tour slot on your calendar.
  • Follow up 2, 5, and 10 days after a tour so nobody goes quiet.

Can't do

  • Give the tour, or make a couple fall for the property.
  • Negotiate price or decide on an exception for a date.
  • Fix a calendar that’s out of date. Wrong holds stay wrong.
  • Replace you on the wedding day.

F Who you’ll talk to

No wall of logos. A guarantee in dollars.

First Factor is new. I don't have a wall of logos, and I won't invent one. You've seen the AI agency sites with the too-perfect reviews. What you get instead: if the plan doesn't find you at least $5,000 a year, the $1,000 comes back. As real results come in, they'll be published here with real numbers.

I'm Natanel Factor. First Factor LLC is registered in Florida; I work with US wedding venues remotely. Every call, every plan, every build: that's me, not a sales team.
